My MRI tech, Richard, went above and beyond to make me physically comfortable for the procedure on 1/15/21. I have a bad back and it’s very hard for me to lie flat on my back without hurting. I was very grateful for his effort and would highly recommend him and the facility. Thank you Richard.

This place was such an amazing lifesaver for us! My girlfriend had an appointment with another radiology center, had already taken the barium hours before, only to be told 45 minutes after her appt time that they had to reschedule because the CT scanner wasn’t working. This was not something we wanted to wait on so we started feverishly calling other radiology centers within a 30 min drive. Finally, after hearing what had happened, the receptionist at Harding (who had originally said there wasn’t anything until Monday) told us to hold and got back on and said they could take her (I feel so horrible that we can’t remember anyone’s names because they were all wonderful, but it was a whirlwind). I obviously could not go in with her (covid), but she came out with nothing but great things to say about everyone, how well taken care of she felt and how appreciative she was that they understood her predicament and were able to get her in so quickly and last minute. We cannot recommend this place enough!

I used Radiology Center at Harding for imaging at the recommendation of my doctor. The level of incompetence at every step of the process was staggering. First, they searched the wrong insurance company. When corrected, they still could not identify a company they had an active contract with. They even asked me for all the insurance contact information because they are apparently unable to use google. Next because they took so long to realize their mistake they were not able to receive authorization, so I had to pay out of pocket. To add icing to the cake, they were unable to properly administer contrast so the scan is useless. I am out hundreds of dollars for an unintelligible scan. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Please use any other facility in NJ.

Had x-rays taken yesterday. Had to return this morning for a CT Scan. Staff was prompt and courteous and I can’t say enough about Terry who took the X-rays and scans! She’s wonderful and a tremendous asset to the Group!!
